For nearly a century, First Assembly Church has faithfully lived out Christ’s Great Commission with the vision to impact Calgary and the world with the life-transforming presence of Jesus. Our commitment to reaching lost people, making disciples, establishing new churches, and supporting global missions continues to define our church's Kingdom assignment.

Vision 100 represents a pivotal milestone as we look ahead and dream God’s dream for First Assembly. As the Psalmist said, "we are like those who dreamed." Now, God has given us a renewed vision for a new season, including planning for the future construction of a second anchor campus in the south of Calgary.

While we continue to strengthen our missional impact through our Elbow Drive campus, our focus now is on the south of Calgary. We are in an exciting season of stretching our faith and stretching our ‘church-tent’ to make room for future generations. This phase of our journey speaks to FA’s legacy as well as our response to the Holy Spirit's guidance to effectively reach an ever-changing world.

In August 2022, our congregation approved acquiring 49.5 acres in SE Calgary. On Easter Sunday 2023, we took a step of faith and launched our FA Seton Campus, establishing a new weekend service time as well as a vibrant FA Church presence in the south. The Seton Campus is currently meeting in a rental space, with plans to eventually move the Seton congregation to the new property once developed. All this to provide more space for our growing church family now in the into the future. So now preliminary work has begun, and infrastructure development will start soon. Our phased plan includes a Christian school, a new church campus, and senior living facilities. All this to provide more space for our growing church family now, and into the future.

Thank you for being part of this faith-filled journey with us. Together, we have a special opportunity, and each of us plays such a unique and important role in shaping the future of First Assembly. As we continue to take bold steps of faith, pray, and give generously, we get to play our significant part in fulfilling God's purpose for First Assembly. Together we will make a lasting impact on many generations to come, and they will hear the good news because of our obedience. Let's step into the miraculous together, trust God, and see what incredible things the Lord will do!

V100 Commitment Card

The V100 Commitment Cards are a way for each of us to commit to the Lord how we plan to give towards the V100 Campaign over the coming months. As we each prayerfully plan and ask God how He would ask us to give, we have great faith and expectation for all the Lord has in store for FA Church as we step out unified in faith and contribution!

It is not about the amount we give, instead it is about the heart of worship and sacrifice we bring as we sow our offering to the Lord.
