As part of the Connections Team at FA, you will be essential in making First Assembly feel like a welcoming place for every single person that walks through our doors. A place soaked in the presence and love of the Holy Spirit. A place where every single person feels seen, known, and loved. The different roles within our team are; Parking Lot Attendant, Greeter, Coffee Station Host, Section Host/Usher, and Next Steps Host.

Milk & Honey is a coffee shop started by First Assembly with a mission to build on our values of hospitality and community, while funding Kingdom Builders - V100!

As part of the Kids team, you'll be a part of serving and investing into the next generation of leaders. Our heart is to build a space where kids, 6 months old to grade 5, can encounter Jesus in a fun and loving environment through games, worship, the Word of God & classroom activities. Our leaders play an integral role in seeing this vision come to life. From our check-in & connections team, to our service & classroom leaders, each role is incredibly important.

As part of the Youth team, you'll be a part of serving and investing into the next generation of leaders. Our heart is to build a space where students grades 5-12, can encounter Jesus in a fun and loving environment through games, worship, the Word of God & classroom activities. We as the FA Worship Team believe that music and the arts are a massive medium that God will use to spark renewal and revitalization in our land. As a part of the FA worship team you will help cultivate a space for the presence of God to move. We love to work on our crafts and skills, always bringing our best to the Lord. Worship can be expressed in many ways such as, singing, dancing, playing instruments, art, and writing songs, all for The Lords name to be glorified. The worship team has many positions- if you are passionate about worship and music, we are looking forward to serve our church and glorify the Lord with you!

The Creative Team offers a variety of roles that don't necessarily happen front-and-center, but still function as an incredibly important part of First Assembly. We are looking for passionate and creative people to help with media operations, photography, videography, church online, etc. We have people in our team that are committed to working with you to ensure you are comfortable in the areas you will be serving.

As part of the Production Team, you will be part of a group of skilled and creative individuals who are both specialists in their specific field and have a general knowledge about all things production and technology. We accept anyone at any skill level who is committed to learning the skills necessary to serve in their position. The different serving roles in our team are: Front of House Audio Engineer, Broadcast Audio Engineer, Camera Operator, and Stagehand.

Matthew 20:28 says "Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." As disciples of Christ we follow his example. Service is a hallmark of Christian living. At FA our vision is to impact Calgary and the world with the life transforming presence of Jesus. Our ministry is impacting the community with three major programs; FA Pantry, and FA Mechanics.

- Food Hamper Delivery (FA Pantry)
- Mechanic (FA Mechanics)
FA hosts many events throughout the year for various ministries, communities, and other church events. These vents could include missions potlucks, fundraising galas, in-house conferences, and more. As part of our FA Events team, you will assist the respective teams in organizing and spearheading a particular aspect of the event, coordinating with volunteers, helping out with administration, registration, etc. Some of the roles are:
