Cast all of your anxiety of Him, because He cares for you
— 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)

fa cares

We desire to embody the love and compassion of Christ as we serve our community, through practical support and outreach programs.

We have so much to celebrate through FA Cares! Check out the achievements of this current fiscal year to see how we make a difference together and impact other's lives, loving all people to Jesus.

FA Hope

We understand that life can be tough sometimes. Our team provides support with emotional, relational and community health through the following steps:

1)    Assessment and Assignment: We evaluate the situation to ensure the appropriate care.

2)    Pastoral Care: We provide spiritual guidance, counselling, and conflict management and mediation.

3)    Referral Resources: In cases where further professional care is required, we refer people to trusted counsellors and agencies of hope.

We provide ongoing Pastoral Care throughout the process. We are here to help other people excel.

FA Pantry

Since March 2020, our volunteers gather twice a month to prepare food hampers filled with healthy groceries to provide to families in need throughout our city. We are reminded of Jesus' words, “For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat.” Matthew 25:36.

If you are in need of a food hamper, we are here to help.

FA Mechanics

We believe in practical love in action. FA Mechanics connects generous donors with families in need by restoring donated vehicles through our team of volunteer mechanics. With support from the FA Cares fund, we provide essential repairs, turning cars into life-changing gifts. Since launching, we've placed 74 vehicles into the hands of families, giving them freedom and security.

Your generosity makes this possible — donate a vehicle.

FA Benevolence

We desire to be a reflection of the kindness and generosity of Jesus. We provide emergency assistance to individuals who are experiencing resource difficulties triggered by an unforeseen situation.

This initiative is founded on the principle of giving, as stated in Luke 6:38: "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
